2. Check whether the current of the circuit and the wire diameter of the inductor meet the allowable current. If possible, check the winding and process of the inductor to see if the winding is loose or fixed properly.
There is basically no solution to the noise problem, but we can find ways to reduce the noise and avoid audio to solve the customer's problem. Cutting the communication path is generally the simplest and most effective method, such as strengthening the glue to make the line more solid, or replacing the iron core with less magnetic leakage due to magnetic expansion, which are all simple and effective methods.
